SCREENING LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Screening License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, access, viewing, and use of the film ANNA and all accompanying companion resources provided by The Ember Pilgrim Collective in collaboration with Lukas VanDyke Films and 1130 Ministries.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, streaming, or using these materials, you agree to the following terms.

LICENSE GRANT

Your purchase provides a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use ANNA and its companion materials according to the license tier purchased.

Licenses are granted solely for the purchaser, organization, church, ministry, school, or group associated with the purchase.

Ownership of the film and materials is not transferred.

LICENSE TYPES & AUDIENCE LIMITS

Individual & Small Group License:
Permitted for personal, family, and small group screenings up to 25 viewers.

Church License:
Permitted for church and ministry screenings up to 500 attendees.

Community License:
Permitted for public, educational, retreat, conference, and community screenings up to 1,200 attendees.

Events exceeding these limits require a separate expanded licensing agreement.

INCLUDED MATERIALS

Licenses may include access to:

the ANNA film
roundtable discussion videos
discussion and reflection guides
worship and hymn resources
devotional materials
screening and promotional assets
downloadable companion resources

Included materials may vary as resources are updated or expanded over time.

STREAMING & DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Companion resources may be downloaded for use within your licensed organization or gathering.

The ANNA film itself is primarily provided through private streaming access via Vimeo or other authorized platforms.

Downloadable screening copies may be provided for approved larger events or special licensing circumstances upon request.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

publicly redistribute private viewing links
upload the film to public platforms
resell or sublicense the materials
share licensed downloads outside your authorized group
commercially exploit the film or resources
alter or reproduce the film for redistribution

Public posting of private resource pages, Vimeo links, or downloadable files is prohibited.

PUBLIC & COMMERCIAL EVENTS

Separate approval may be required for:

ticketed screenings
festivals
theatrical events
university distribution
broadcast use
large-scale public events
multi-campus organization use

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ANNA and all related materials remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All ownership rights remain with The Ember Pilgrim Collective, Lukas VanDyke Films, 1130 Ministries, and their respective creators and collaborators.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase or access.

PATREON & COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

Membership in Patreon or community platforms connected to The Ember Pilgrim Collective does not grant screening rights unless explicitly stated.

Public or group screenings require a separate screening license purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the materials provided, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical difficulties or believe there has been an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

The Ember Pilgrim Collective reserves the right to:

update companion materials
improve downloadable resources
revise access systems
expand resource offerings
modify resource delivery methods

without prior notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Ember Pilgrim Collective, Lukas VanDyke Films, 1130 Ministries, and their collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these materials or screenings.

Use of all materials is at the purchaser’s discretion and responsibility.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, accessing, streaming, downloading, or using these materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Screening License Agreement.
